Local Governments collect a myriad of miscellaneous fees and charges associated with permits, licenses, and fees.  Keeping up with them is an important task that often requires an automated system.  Accounts Receivable is that system.  Using Accounts Receivable, charges can enter associated with contractors, developers, residents, etc. for goods and services purchased or used.  Accounts Receivable can create the billing and track payment activity to assure collections happen and fees are paid. 

 

Delinquency processing is available with the capability to provide notices, statements, delinquency charges and interest on unpaid funds as may be required.  Accounts Receivable is fully integrated with General Ledger to assure accurate recording of revenue and cash transactions.
