Accounts Payable is a complete vendor payment and tracking system.  It maintains a complete list of vendors and purchase history, supports the entry of invoices either with or without purchase orders and provides a facility for entering the General Ledger distributions. 

Complete cash management functionality is provided with the ability to select invoices for payment by fund, bank or individually by invoice.  Checks can be printed by fund or bank account as required.   Most check formats are supported. 

 

Invoices for fixed assets can be indicated allowing asset information to be recorded as required for Fixed Asset reporting.

All 1099 reporting is also provided by the system.
