The W-2 2-Up forms must be ordered if you file your employer W-2's manually(submitting paper copies of your employer W-2's) with the SSA. These forms may be ordered if you file your employer W-2's electronically.

Forms must be ordered in sets of 25. A 'set' includes the employee and employer W-2 forms.

The number of forms ordered should be equal to the total number of employees paid during the year, plus an additional amount (typically 10%) to allow for errors, misprints and re-prints.
