The W-2 4-Up forms may only be ordered if you file your employer W-2's electronically with the SSA. If you file manually (submitting paper copies of your employer W-2's), then you must order the W-2 2-Up forms.

Freedom Systems recommends the use of the W-2 4-Up forms if you file electronically.

Forms must be ordered in sets of 25.

The number of 'sets' ordered should be equal to the total number of employees paid during the year, plus an additional amount (typically 10%) to allow for errors, misprints and re-prints.
